The service was scheduled easily and conducted quickly. The only thing I did not expect was the actual cost was considerably higher than the estimate I was given. There were two reasons. The first one I agreed to but it should have been included in the original estimate. That was for an alignment. The second was for labor to install the rear trailing arm bushings. This was a surprise that did not know about until I was home.

Excellent service! I also posted on YELP. For a woman, I found having Maiya at the front desk and her experience as a mechanic as well, really lended credibility to your business. I so appreciated that she explained in plain English what needed to be done and why, as well as categorized the importance (due to some financial constraints) this was truly helpful. The service my BMW X5 did received was top of the line as well as professionally done. I highly recommend your business to other BMW owners (I have a Z3 as well) and NEVER take them to the dealer!

Car was taken care of problem was taken care of!!!Only problem was did not receive a call that car was complete. Had to call and find out car was ready to pick up.

I've been a customer for a few years. Always satisfied by the level of service I receive. I love how I get an inspection and the service I need is prioritized so I don't have one giant bill to pay. There isn't any pressure from them either if you need to come back to get something serviced due to funds.
