Can't say enough good things about Pacific Motorsports. I hadn't been to them before and decided to try them because of their positive reviews. They were polite, patient, and thorough. I was told by another shop that I needed front and back brakes, and while I did need front brakes, Pacific Motorsports told me I could go as much as another year on my current back brakes (depending on how much I drive). They also did a full inspection, pointing out some other things that could use attention, and they explained the level of urgency. They didn't put any pressure on me to have these things done; instead, they educated me about what they saw and the impact it would have on my car. Lastly, they washed my car! Didn't expect that. It's the little things... Oh, re: price, totally reasonable. They sit between the dealership and a shop like Les Schwab. While I have had some good experiences as LS, I'll be coming back to Pacific Motorsports because they know my vehicle make. Two thumbs up!

When I was new to Portland I needed a new shop. Been with them exclusively since then. No doubt they are the real deal.

These guys rock. Absolutely exceptional service. They went above and beyond by doing everything in their power to find me a charger for my phone, not only that, but they thoroughly explained and broke down the service. They even turned the screen around and make sure I could see exactly what they did and the full report. To top it off they also gave my mini Cooper quick wash. I will definitely be coming back and full heartedly trust their service. Oh, and as a woman in that space (which often can be intimidating) they made me feel comfortable and were funny.

Excellent service, straight forward information about your vehicle and repairs completed on time as promised. We will always take our Mini there.

My sister referred me to this shop and I'm so thankful she did. I bought a used BMW, that had a rather unfortunate repair needed after owning it for about a year. I took it to a BMW dealer, like a ding dong, and they quoted me an insane amount. Also, said BMW dealership (BMW Portland), was unsuccessful at fixing a sensor that was malfunctioning. Pacific Motorsports not only fixed both issues, but saved me a decent chunk of change. And they're quite possibly the nicest guys ever! Highly recommend them.
