Staff are nothing short of awesome at Pacific Motorsports! Super helpful with scheduling and making sure all your questions are answered. Big bonus & a super happy customer when my Mini comes back all sparkly clean after servicing. Hot tip: check out the bathroom, it's epically weird and is in competition with washing as my favorite part of bringing my car here. And, yes, the mechanics are top notch too.

I was looking for a non-dealer location to service my 2014 i3. I drove past PMS one day and saw an i3 with the PMS logo and stopped in. I met Michael and he checked what service was required and had me into the shop a week later. He was upfront with pricing and kept me updated with progress.
