I was looking for a non-dealer location to service my 2014 i3. I drove past PMS one day and saw an i3 with the PMS logo and stopped in. I met Michael and he checked what service was required and had me into the shop a week later. He was upfront with pricing and kept me updated with progress. I found their prices to be reasonable, but most importantly I was impressed with their courtesy, professionalism and great service. I am look forward to working with them again. Thank you!
