Outstanding Customer Service - Experiened & Knowledgeable Techs - and Believers in investing the money to use the Right Tools for the job. I shopped around at many independent garages looking for an outfit that I felt confident would properly service my transmission before deciding to go with Pacific Motorsports. Don't believe BMW when they say "lifetime fluid" - that's a relative term. The transmission manufacturer (ZF) recommends a service interval cycle and it's NOT a simple DIY "drain & fill" process. Many Independent Shops out there that "specialize" in working on European Cars will say they can do it. Ask them if they utilize ISTA software (the BMW Gold Standard for diagnostics & servicing) then sit back and watch as you get the "spooked deer in the headlights" look and then they'll proceed to tell you how "we do this all the time" and ramble on without specifically answering any of your technical questions. My experience with Pacific Motorsports was the complete opposite. Not only did Chris, the Service Advisor, answer the barrage of my technical questions in a professional & courteous manner, he also educated me and provided insights with BMW servicing that I had not considered. In addition, when I brought my car in, he went above and beyond to fulfill meeting my needs for some special requests I had made. If you're like me and want your BMW to receive quality service and care, then look no further for any other shop. The crew here believes in expert technical training, provides phenomenal customer service, and utilizes the best tools to ensure the job is done right.
