I recently inherited an older bmw, and I have a love/hate relationship with it. It seems to have plenty of problems, including leaving me and my children stranded. I initially called around to many different auto shops to get an opinion of what to do or where to go, and Pacific Motorsports was by far the nicest and the least expensive of all my other options! They took the time to talk with me, and work through all the scenarios with me. They weren’t pushy or dismissive and seemed to genuinely care about what might be the best choice for me and my car. Since then, because of my cars age, I have to take it in to be fixed more than I prefer. But it’s always a pleasure knowing that the job will be done thoroughly, super fast, and for a fair price. Highly recommend!

Moved from the Jag shop once the owner retired and close the shop. I was slightly hesitant about using Pacific motorsports, but I was pleasantly surprised with the service, professionalism, and information that they provided every step of the way. Deciding on a place to get your car repaired is scary. That is until you decide to choose this place. Not only did they keep me in the loop as to what was happening. Chris went above and beyond when explaining exactly what had gone wrong with my engine. As well as the game plan of fixing it, in easy to understand relatable language. In the 27 years that I have owned cars. I’ve never felt more comfortable when my check engine light was blaring. I knew my Mini would be well taken care of. After a quick repair, we were back on the road. This is the best my car has driven in years. I can’t express what an amazing decision it is to choose Pacific motorsports. I can guarantee you’ll be in great hand and they will supersede your customer service expectations.
