I have been taking my Mini Cooper Clubman here for non-warranty maintenance work for some time. I like the fact that they source out maintenance parts for Mini that are way higher quality than what you would find at most chain run repair shops. The work they do also always has come under the price which the mini dealer has quoted. I have also had good luck in getting appointments that are a few days later for preventative maintenance type work. The Mini dealer offered to schedule me for such work few weeks later but who wants to drive for two weeks with the dash warning icon for brakes illuminated?I have had my oil changed at this shop and I like the fact they have bulk BMW approved oil on hand so this keeps four plastic bottles out of the recycle chain.Lastly I want to say that I appreciate that they have given me afternoon service appointments. While they work, I have been able to walk to a cool coffee shop in the neighborhood with good wifi and have some Java and work on my laptop.

Always honest and straightforward with the issues with my car when I do have them, and they look at the most efficient and cost effective option for repair and/or replacements.

It was a neglected car before we got it but the team at PMS is always honest and helpful when it's time for maintenance on it. They work with us to do the repairs on a priority basis so that we don't have to restore the car in one big smack! They were able to trace down some "gremlin" faults and get us back on the road quickly and painlessly. DO highly recommend them for any and all work whether you've got a high performance race rig or a family commuter wagon.... They got you covered!!
