I blew a turbo while on a road trip. Pacific Motorsports was recommended by a local BMW Tuner and all expectations regarding client service and a quality repair job were upheld. I showed up on their door step and within an hour or two I had a diagnosis. Great people, great place, great work. Lots of older BMW's filled the parking lot and the shop lifts. I have never had anything but a good and positive experience with Pacific Motorsports. No reason to go anywhere else if you have a BMW or Mini.

I brought in my 135i to have them finish up on a DME repair, everything works. They even did the little things like put my front license plate relocate on and packed up all of the little accessories.Great work guys thanks!

I have been taking my Mini Cooper Clubman here for non-warranty maintenance work for some time. I like the fact that they source out maintenance parts for Mini that are way higher quality than what you would find at most chain run repair shops. The work they do also always has come under the price which the mini dealer has quoted. I have also had good luck in getting appointments that are a few days later for preventative maintenance type work. The Mini dealer offered to schedule me for such work few weeks later but who wants to drive for two weeks with the dash warning icon for brakes illuminated?I have had my oil changed at this shop and I like the fact they have bulk BMW approved oil on hand so this keeps four plastic bottles out of the recycle chain.Lastly I want to say that I appreciate that they have given me afternoon service appointments. While they work, I have been able to walk to a cool coffee shop in the neighborhood with good wifi and have some Java and work on my laptop.

Always honest and straightforward with the issues with my car when I do have them, and they look at the most efficient and cost effective option for repair and/or replacements.

Pacific Motorsports always delivers 1st. class service and it is great to be able to count on that. As a customer it is vitally important me to be able to have complete knowledge and faith that my Mini will be taken care of and the work will be done correctly the first time.
