She is clear in her communication, prompt with a response and works through different options and solutions to fix your vehicle. Most of all she represents the company as a trustworthy mechanic that is always looking out for the best interests of their consumers.

The best. I have had my car serviced here for many years and I have experienced above and beyond care. You cannot ask for anything better than top notch service and the friendliest staff in town. If there were 10 stars...I would rate them 11.

I recently purchased a 2008 2 door Mini Cooper. Some routine maintenance recently came up and I found this place on a web search. I immediately got in, they were great at communicating the work to be done and the price estimated. The bill aligned with the estimate. The car was cleaned. I was notified as soon as the work was complete. They exceeded my expectations. I totally recommend this place.

Great customer experience. I drop off my car, the communicate with me about the repairs, fix it, wash it and return it. Prices are fair. Work and Customer Service are exceptional.

Overall, I found the service to be excellent. I felt confident my car was in very good hands. Courtesy inspection is appreciated, as well. Any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction. A ride downtown to work would have been nice, but not required.

I ended spending a lot more money than I anticipated and I'll be the first to admit I do not know anything about cars, but I felt as though the mechanics were being honest and took the time to explain to me why the fix was necessary. They also respected me when I said I financially could not afford all their recommendations and came up with a plan of what needed to be done now and what could wait for later.

Amazing service! Great staff! Always a smile from Maiya who works the front desk & is a mechanic herself and can explain things in English! I have a BMW X5 that has been worked on by "others" and this shop has been top notch in identifying what needs care. They categorize levels of importance and we go from there with less anxiety on my part as well as financial stress. Highly recommended for those BMW owners who have sworn off the dealership for repairs & for we ladies who need an interpreter like Maiya.
