We always bring our BMWs here for service (2007 335i and 2013 X3 35i). Dennis King is our Service Advisor and he is great to work with- responsive, honest, and really nice. We also leased a new I3 recently, partially due to their positive experience with their I3. Although we won't take that there for service because of the factory warranty and service plan, they were totally supportive of the purchase. We highly recommend PMI! - James and Rose King.
