I was given a laundry list of items that needed to be done to my Mini Cooper from another service team in town- one with SIGNIFICANTLY higher hourly rates, mind you. On top of horrible service and taking 4 days to get my oil changed and fighting to get my car back, I decided to look at reviews and chose Pacific Motorsports for the next round. I thought, "Anything will be better!" I sent over what I was told I would need at Julie, at Pacific Motorsports, gave me an estimate over the phone. She estimated the time it would take to get it looked at and, from there, what may or may not need to be done. Turns out, she was very transparent saying yes, they did see some of the services EVENTUALLY needing to be performed, however, it could wait as could the other 2 things. What they did find necessary to be performed, they fully explained. At no point, either, did they put down the other service company, they just simply said what really wasn't a "do or die" situation. I appreciated the honesty, I saved money, I'm aware of what I need to do in the future, I was able to communicate through email about questions, the friendly faces were a bonus and as I assured them, I'll definitely be back.
