I blew a turbo while on a road trip. Pacific Motorsports was recommended by a local BMW Tuner and all expectations regarding customer service and a quality repair job were upheld. I showed up on their door step and within an hour or two I had a diagnosis. Great people, great place, great work. Lots of older BMW's filled the parking lot and the shop lifts. My oil light came on, so I zipped into Pacific Motorsports. Even though the shop appeared to be busy, the front desk person immediately went out and checked my Mini's oil level. After putting in two quarts, he checked it again, put in another quart, and then explained to me how often I should have it checked. I thanked him and was on my way in less than ten minutes. From start to finish I have to say that everyone at Pacific Motorsports, LLC were terrific. One is treated as if they were at a BMW shop and that is as it should be but it seems to be second nature at Pacific. I have so enjoyed my many years of working with Mark and team that I could never think of going somewhere else for service. They are top drawer, the very best

They were a great group to work with. They answered all my questions, made recommendations for repairs needed now and ones that could be addressed during the next servicing. They called when they said they would and kept me updated on special ordered parts. And a really nice touch, my car was returned to me clean (you would never know a mechanic had been working on it).

Love this shop. My M3 loves being babied here and the team rocks it....

They dealt with my car very professionally, in under the time that they indicated it might take to complete the job. My only wish is that I would have liked to have met the mechanic who worked on my car. After several years of knowing my mechanic on a first name basis, I missed that personal connection. This is a larger operation, and I do feel they strive to do excellent work.

I have used Pacific Motors sports for a few years now for our Mini Cooper and they are fantastic! The staff is always great and they are very through about our car and keep us updated and provide estimates for future repairs (our mini is nearly 10 years old) which I appreciate. Great place!

I have a new BMW mechanic. I expect places to do a thorough diagnostic (especially when bringing a car in for the first time) and they caught everything I was aware of as well as a handful of additional, valid issues which could be addressed prior to them becoming problems. Additionally, the car came back extremely clean (moreso than when it was dropped off) which is much more than can be said for the last mechanic who inexplicably left greasy hand prints on the sliding sunroof cover.
