Usual great service.

I have a 2011 Cooper S with a pesky check engine light and of course it's just out of warranty. Brought my car to pacific motorsports and they are great! Communication was excellent, even with a delayed part shipment due to weather, and my car is back to me running great. Dennis was straightforward and friendly. He openly communicated price to me with each charge and I was not surprised when it came time to pay my bill. I hope I don't have to come back but as long as I have my Mini I'll have it serviced at Pacific Motorsports.

I came in for a light bulb change for the halos on my 335I without an appointment and they took me right in and got the job done. It was great an I would highley recomend them to anyone needing work done on there BMW. There prices are great and service is superb.

I have a tiny leak in my oil tank so I have to stay on top of it. I stopped by the auto parts store a couple of days ago and got 4 quarts of oil. It took all of them, and barely registered on the dip stick. Went back today and got 4 more, and when I went to add one: no engine oil cap!!! I called the great folks at Pacific Motor Sports who asked me "Who changed your oil last time?" Um, me. Dennis there said, "I've done that myself, personally." Gotta love an auto mechanic who doesn't make you feel stupid. They ordered the part in for me (under $13) and said it would be there in 30 minutes. Dennis told me how to safeguard the car while driving there (it would have made a good spot for the Red Green show) and when I lifted the hood again to make those preparations, guess what fell down from the heavens? I called to cancel the order. Although it likely caused them some hassle, Dennis was only happy for me. I wish I'd discovered these folks ages ago. They are all top notch, both in client service and mechanical care.

The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and the work performed was done as it was quoted. It was accurate, the car runs much better after the tune up. I will return to them for any and all work that needs to be performed on my Mini Cooper. THANK YOU for a job well done.

I took my filthy car to these guys for an oil change and a brake fluid flush. Their rates are fair and they performed the work quickly. I was notified right away when it was ready. And they washed it! I could have been because they hate working on a dirty car (can I blame them?), but it was totally unexpected.I initially called them to price out a brake job and their quote came in several hundred dollars under the one Boyd's gave me and while I ended up doing it myself, their quote was fair. I will definitely come back here when I need more extensive work done.

Thanks for getting my car in in a timely manner. And also for your courteous service. I look forward to getting my car cleaned after repairs with you and was disappointed this time around.
