Always a positive and productive experience when I take my Mini to Pacific Motorsports.

I have been taking my 1995 540i to PM for a couple of years now. They treat their customers with great respect, and the work they have done has been very competent, professional and fairly priced. They even squeezed in a one-day emergency radiator replacement for me when a hose connector failed during my afternoon commute and I just dropped it off en route. Most importantly, I believe they give enough attention to diagnosing problems correctly to avoid performing unnecessary work as a result of misdiagnosis (which I have experienced at other garages). I plan to keep taking my car there for excellent and attentive care.

I stopped by the other day because my headlight was burned out. Peter and Matt immediately jumped right on it and within 15 minutes, I was back on the road. Once again, I had amazing service from the team at Pacific Motorsports! I had a broken cable in the door opening mechanism that they had to get the part from California and had it back to me in short order! I am so happy not to have to pretend to be Luke or Bo Duke any more! Thanks guys.

The most reliable, honest and trustworthy shop in town for a BMW or Mini. Hands down! Every time I have taken my car there they give a thorough assessment report and let me know what I need to repair or let slide for a while. When it was time for a new clutch, they came in $500 less than other shops around. Service is wonderful and the shop runs as smooth as my car...

A refreshing change from recent experience with a BMW dealership - attentive and expert service at a reasonable price.

Once again, the team at Pacific went above and beyond my expectations! I had my "baby" towed in and found out it was broken timing chain guides.....fixable but with many hours of labor. I anguished over spending that much on a car worth much less than the repair bill. Ultimately however, the repair bill was much less than replacing the car with something else. Pacific Motorsports has done many repairs on my 740 IL and none have had to be re-done so I lived without it for a couple weeks and now we are back on the road!!!! I believe in a job well done versus speed of repair so am confident taking it on the road for many more years with Pacific Motorsports as my "pit"crew. Thanks again !
