I took my filthy car to these guys for an oil change and a brake fluid flush. Their rates are fair and they performed the work quickly. I was notified right away when it was ready. And they washed it! I could have been because they hate working on a dirty car (can I blame them?), but it was totally unexpected.I initially called them to price out a brake job and their quote came in several hundred dollars under the one Boyd's gave me and while I ended up doing it myself, their quote was fair. I will definitely come back here when I need more extensive work done.

Thanks for getting my car in in a timely manner. And also for your courteous service. I look forward to getting my car cleaned after repairs with you and was disappointed this time around.

The only reason I did not give you five stars is because I had to wait over an hour while we determined where my keys were! HA! Okay, that was a simple human error and I changed my rating!!Seriously, I love you guys. No one wants to put money into their car - especially an old car that needs SO much work. But if you're going to do it, there is no better place to get the service done than Pacific Motorsports. I've driven BMW's for 39 years. I have been to several places. I have never felt 100% trust until now. And it is nice to pick up a car that has been cleaned inside and out!

These guys have been great. What a refreshing change from the sales-pitch-oriented service managers at the local dealerships.
