I had my 2005 Mini serviced yesterday at Pacific Motorsports and as always they deliver top shelf customer service. The work was done on time and on budget, their rates are fair, the staff is first rate, friendly and genuinely care about you and your vehicle. I have been taking my car to Pacific Motorsports for six years, I am a repeat customer for life....or until my Mini gives up the ghost. There is no reason to go anywhere else!

Exceptional client service, clean facility, friendly and knowledgable staff. Extremely reasonable priced as well! You can not go wrong! I only left because I've leased an i3 and all the service is free at the dealer for now. The moment I have to pay out-of-pocket, you can bet I'll be back with Pacific Motorsports!

Maya and Sam were very helpful! After the work on the radiator hose and temp unit, for some reason now the heater fan/a/c is not blowing any more.. Will call back on Monday when shop opens..
