My front light had malfunctioned and I stopped at the shop and within 20 minutes, I was back on the road. Such wonderful service and I can't say enough about the staff. Pacific Motor Sport continues to be a critical part of the ownership of a BMW- for me they talk through the options and help me decide what I NEED to do- and what I can do for now. That is important when you consider that I have over 170,000 miles on my X5 and it is still a reliable daily runner.
