Always a great experience. Appointed time was perfect and the team was prepared and waiting for me. This was my routine service but you would think I was a first time customer. Hot tea ready for me. Car serviced and then washed and presented to me in a very timely manner. Super service.

Couldn't be Happier, usually don't bother leaving feedback, but the entire team here is great. Professional, friendly, and very competent. Even washed my car after working on it, just like they used too in the good ol days. Highly recommend.

This was my first time at Pacific Motorsports. I bought a used 2005 BMW Wagon recently and it needed some maintenace work. Mia was the person that helped me schedule an appointment to get my car in to be diagnosed, gave me the results and quotes for some repairs. They got my car done in a timely minor, two days. Friendly envirionment and am very satisfied with the service I got. I am definately going back to Pacific to have them maintain my BMW. Thank you Mia.

Amazing amazing amazing!! Whether working with me and a box of parts, or fixing something suddenly discovered and having to hunt parts down these guys are truly awesome. From every single question, through the work, Maia, Sam and Matt really rock at going above and beyond to make sure my 650i runs as good as it looks! I love these guys and really can't say enough. I have interviewed and used dozens of BMW mechanics from Florida, over to Oregon, and in Gresham down to Corvallis Oregon--none can compare. Prior to Pac Motorsports, I used to lament good mechanics for fair prices. In fact, I used to be my Dodge mechanic and my Porsche mechanic to work on my BMW because I was frustrated with price gouging, assholes, and inept service mechanics who can only read computer code--not actually look and wrench on cars. Pac Motorsports has real mechanics, who's actually diagnose, and fix things!! I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!!

There is a song of old, "Walk right in, Sit right Down". And let us take care of all that ails you and your car. I kind of added to the song but that is exactly what happened. My front light had malfunctioned and I stopped at the shop and within 20 minutes, I was back on the road. Such wonderful service and I can't say enough about the staff. I brought my BMW into them for some work. All my expectations from what I heard were not met, but exceedsd. Plus Maya at the front desk is super sweet and helpful. I will definitely be returning for any other maintenance needed for my car.
