Maija was super friendly and helpful. I was quoted $80 for an inspection but they didn't charge me for my specific case. I havn't had extensive experience with them, but what experience I did have was excellent and professional.

I had a good experience getting my car in for an oil change, and a diagnostic to learn what other services I may need to keep my car humming.

My experience with Pacific Motorsports was excellent. Maija and Matt were kind, responsive, accommodating and very helpful, and the work was completed in a timely fashion.

Maia the service advisor is friendly, very helpful, and definitely knows her stuff. I brought in my 2003 Mini Cooper S hardtop for my first visit to Pacific Motorsports for some general service and a faulty heater core issue, knowing the 187k miles I've put on the car might show some additional wear and tear needing help. Maia was thorough in going through my records and getting a history on the car, and I feel the mechanic did a great job looking for all the usual suspect needs of a vehicle this age. I'm choosing not to do all the work ($$$) but would return here in follow up as I decide what to do with my Mini. Labor rate quotes seem a bit high, but not all that unusual for an independent shop. Service was completed as promised.
