I learned of Pacific motorsports through a BMW forum. The feedback given was exceptional. My experience proved to be the same. Their communication, friendly and professional attitudes were consistent throughout my whole repair process. These are people you can trust and I will be bringing my car back here as long as I own a BMW.

Pacific Motorsports is the BEST! I have been using them for years to keep my 2001 525I wagon going tip top, not an easy feat. They are professional, quick and very easy to talk to. Matt is always willing to go the extra mile. Several times I've needed emergency help/service and they were quick to respond or get me in the same day, even meeting me at my vehicle once when the tow truck driver couldn't unlock my vehicle! I am a woman and they always explain things in detail without making me feel like a burden. Something I've experienced at other shops in the past. Plus they send you away with a shiny freshly washed car. I can't say enough good things about this place!

Matt and Mark and Mia were very professional. This was my first time I used them for my BMW repairs. Mia in particular was very helpful communicating with me on a regular basis regarding my repair issues and needs. They all worked with me regarding my budget and I felt great about my first experience with them all. I will continue to use them in the future and will recommend then to my friends and family. First time at Pacific Mortosports was great. Going forward we will have other work done and see how it goes. So far so good. Cannot recommend until I have had other work done other than an oil change. It was nice they hand washed the car. That was a big plus!
