Found this place after my wife bought a new to her BMW X5. Had a minor suspension issue we didn't want to become a major issue. Their reviews speak for themselves. Chris greeted me with a smile when I dropped off the car. He immediately had a conversation open through text about what was going on. Kept me in the loop from start to finish. Diagnosis was very in detail. Never had shop have such attention to detail on everything. They found the issue you had and made the recommendation not pushy and we went forward with repair. Picked up car next day washed and drives amazing now. Incredibly honest and a true value in auto repair! This is the only place to go for your BMW or Mini! So glad I found them. My BMW X1 started having overheating and shifting issues. I took it to Pacific Motor Sports where the problems were diagnosed within the same day. It took a week to fix, only because parts took a couple days to get to the shop. Chris was super helpful and checked in with me throughout the process of my car being fixed. I would recommend Pacific Motor Sports to a friend or anyone having issues with their BMW.

I have a 1989 e30 and new to the area. I’ve taken the car to a few other BMW specialty shops in the area before but was never satisfied with the information I was getting about the car. I was finding that the shops were not calling out obvious maintenance items needed on the car and really just felt like any other shop and not a specialty shop. I was a little timid about bringing the car to another shop but decided to bring it to Pacific Motors for an annoying ABS light that’s been intermittently on and was floored to find that they did a courtesy health check of the vehicle with a link with pictures of every maintenance items found on the car and a green/yellow/red marker of how crucial it was to get fixed. Also the owner Mark took the time to hand wash the car and introduced himself and spent time to talk with me about his love for e30s. Being new the area it was really refreshing to find a great shop and also know that they care about my car in detail as much as I do. They found the issue with my abs light, gave me an education on my personal e30, and got my trust again on taking my car to a shop when needed ! Thanks Pacific Motorsport!
