Mark and Chris are very professional. They redid my yearly check up to provide some security in terms of what the dealership provided me a week before. They clearly explained all the call outs and what needed to be repaired and what could be held off. Top notch service and I will be taking my vehicle back to them along with referring my friends

Pacific Motorsports is my go-to. They are professional, friendly and timely. I’ve had my MINI serviced by them three times and I will not go to another shop in Portland. They are the perfect blend of modern practices (digital diagnostics sent directly to your phone) and hometown shop—they aren’t trying to convince you to get unnecessary repairs (cough, MINI of Portland) Not to mention, they’re classy. You can expect to receive your car back better than you left it; washed and vacuumed. I always leave feeling positive about the experience and confident about the condition of my car. Skip the dealership! You won’t regret it.
