Outstanding Customer Service - Experiened & Knowledgeable Techs - and Believers in investing the money to use the Right Tools for the job. I shopped around at many independent garages looking for an outfit that I felt confident would properly service my transmission before deciding to go with Pacific Motorsports. Don't believe BMW when they say "lifetime fluid" - that's a relative term. The transmission manufacturer (ZF) recommends a service interval cycle and it's NOT a simple DIY "drain & fill" process. Many Independent Shops out there that "specialize" in working on European Cars will say they can do it. Ask them if they utilize ISTA software (the BMW Gold Standard for diagnostics & servicing) then sit back and watch as you get the "spooked deer in the headlights" look and then they'll proceed to tell you how "we do this all the time" and ramble on without specifically answering any of your technical questions. My experience with Pacific Motorsports was the complete opposite. Not only did Chris, the Service Advisor, answer the barrage of my technical questions in a professional & courteous manner, he also educated me and provided insights with BMW servicing that I had not considered. In addition, when I brought my car in, he went above and beyond to fulfill meeting my needs for some special requests I had made. If you're like me and want your BMW to receive quality service and care, then look no further for any other shop. The crew here believes in expert technical training, provides phenomenal customer service, and utilizes the best tools to ensure the job is done right.

Absolutely amazed by the speed of their work and the care they took of my vehicle! I've been having issues with my 2004 530i project and was on the verge of giving up and parting out the car. Decided to spend the money and hoy was i pleasantly surprised when I got my car back, and it drives better then the first day I bought it! So thankful for this shop and honestly won't be taking my BMWs anywhere else! Check them out!!!!

The whole process has been very smooth from making an appointment to the car pick-up after tire alignment is complete. The way they carefully followed the COVID protocol gave a peace of mind for me and all other clients, I am sure. Chris has been thorough in answering my questions. So, I have an i3, which is sorta designed to only be serviced at the dealer. And it’s a BMW, so gouging is required. So, imagine my surprise when I discovered the amazing folks here at Pacific Motorsports. Just like the dealer, at half the price (and faster). Amazing. Also, super nice folks.

Great service, and experts in my opinion that are better than the dealers, hands down. They also charge less than the dealer shop. If you're a true BMW purest this is the kind of place you want to take your car.

They resolved a drivetrain malfunction. Turned out I needed a new transfer case which was not what I was hoping for because it was expensive. However, their service was top notch and pricing was comparable to other shops. They also went out of their way to make sure it really needed a new transfer case before just putting me down for a new transfer case which I appreciated. Very happy to have my all wheel drive back!!!
