They resolved a drivetrain malfunction. Turned out I needed a new transfer case which was not what I was hoping for because it was expensive. However, their service was top notch and pricing was comparable to other shops. They also went out of their way to make sure it really needed a new transfer case before just putting me down for a new transfer case which I appreciated. Very happy to have my all wheel drive back!!!

Chris and the rest of the crew are always professional, knowledgeable, honest, and personable. We take our X1 and Mini to them for regular oil changes and diagnosing/repairing any mechanical issues that crop up. Communication and customer service are excellent. Probably not the cheapest shop in town, but you get what you pay for in quality and attention - and you can tell they treat their employees right.
