While I was only getting my oil changed, PMS did a great job both meeting my expectations as to schedule and cost, but they also identified possible risks that I will need to address in the future. I always feel that I am getting a good value, and intend to use them again.

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled after my recent service visit. I have been using PM for several years on my previous E39 M5 and now my E36 M3, and I will say they take away a lot of the anxiety in owning these cars which can sometimes require a fair amount of work. Whether you need routine service, diagnosis and trouble shooting, or you want to put on some performance parts, they can get it done. Every person working there is very helpful and their estimates are always close. Having used local dealers in the past PM has become the clear choice for me.

There work was quick,and inexpensive and they had me out in less than 3 hours from when I got there. They were frendly honest to me on the repairs and what still needed to be done and the urgency of the repairs.

Very friendly. Did the Oil change and did check of the cars systems and let me know what needed to be addressed. Did not try to upsell me on stuff that I did not need. Great place to do service and good price for BMW service.

We won a $600 drawing for service at Pacific Motorsports Oktoberfest Party, and applied that an Inspection 2 service on our 2001 5 speed manual X5. There were a number of issues- heater not working, back lights failing, etc. I should add that our X5 is a "real, working" SUV that we drive over 6 miles of dirt road daily. We attribute its amazingly good condition in part to superb BMW engineering, but mostly to the superlative maintainance program through Pacific Motorsports. We have high expectations for service for our Bmers and Pacific Motorsports has never disappointed. Mark even called the next day to make sure everything was satisfactory. Does service get any better than this?
