I can't say enough good things about Pacific Motorsports! They're a terrific shop to deal with. Every time I've brought my BMW in for service I am always pleasantly greeted and well attended to. The difference with this shop is that they take the time to talk to you as the client. You're more than a service order to them. I love the direct relationship you get with the mechanics. They're the ones working on your car &they're the same people you communicate to about the issues or work you'd like to have performed done. I can't stress enough how important communication is in this field, especially owning a higher end carThe shop is clean, the wifi is quick and faces are friendly. The owner, Mark, Julie, Matt & James are all very friendly faces. They want to see your car last & will only make recommendations as to what your car actually needs. They're not trying to up-sell you like so many dealerships.As an automotive enthusiast who takes great pride in my car, I am truly thankful to have found this shop!

Radiator sprang a leak. Called Pacific for advice. Had car towed there after they had closed and car was back in my hands and driving great the next afternoon. I'll never take my BMW anywhere else.

Once again the team at Pacific Motorsports exceeded all my expectations in repairing my car.

I had a quick fix and wanted to have it done while I waited so I wouldn't have to arrange other transportation. I was expecting 90+ minutes, and they were done in less than an hour! Reasonable prices too.

Have used Pacific to service two BMWs (both 5-series cars). They are also reliable, honest and thorough. I trust them completely to service and fix my cars. I don't take them anywhere else.
