Julie at the front counter has to be the most knowledgeable and friendly person when she welcomes you, she knows a lot about BMW's! Don't under estimate her, she is sharp. Every service visit is refreshing--even the expensive ones. Service crew from business owner through mechanics and office staff know their stuff. They offer opinions on what among various ailments really must be done to keep car performing. The mechanic performing the work is always available for direct consultation.

My electric window broke and PM told me to bring it in the next morning. They had the part there and took me in first thing as I had a business meeting at 11AM. They had it repaired in under 2 hours.
