Customer service exceeded my expectations. Pete seems to be very in tune with what's going on and on top of things. When I was shopping around for where to take my car, I did some research and emailed 9 different BMW specialty shops in the Portland Vancouver area. I sent the same request to all 9 shops on a sunday afternoon. Monday morning Pete had let me know he would get back to me by the end of the day and sure enough he answered all my questions just as expected. NONE of the other 8 shops EVER got back to me... it has been 2 months since I sent those emails.My transmission issue was bothersome and I was worried about taking big, unnecessary steps to fix it. I very much liked Pete's approach of sneaking up on the problem. I come from a small town where you can generally trust your mechanic and I am happy to say I have finally found such a shop in Portland.I will definitely be bringing my car back to Pacific Motorsports.

Friendly and knowledgable staff. This alternative to the big dealerships provides as good/bettter than service at considerably lower cost. When there are customer concerns, PMS owner Mark goes "above and beyond" to resolve them. Happy customer (with 3 BMWs of varying age) since 2006
