I thought customer service and quality work was yesterday's news until I discovered Pacific Motorsport. From the moment I realized that my BMW would be taken care of by the same personalities that cared for it at the dealership, I was immediately at ease. I have never had a bad experience with PacMoto. Their service has been great every time I have been in. I am on my second Bimmer and have been to many independent BMW shops here in Portland and PacMoto beats them all hands down, IMHO. Save yourself some time and definitely money over dealer pricing and check them out.

The saff is always friendly and greets you with a smile. They took me with short notice and finished really fast. I take all my cars to them and will continue to do so.

Professional all the way from making an appt, telling me what might be the problem, and called once the problem was diagnosed. And, the car work was completed on time!

Oil Change and inspection were done in great time and with friendly service. Will continue to bring my BMW back for all of its needed service. I would highly recommend Pacific Motorsports to anyone that owns a BMW.
