A huge upgrade from BMW of Portland in terms of service, attention to detail, timeliness, and all at reasonable prices.

It took them about an hour less than I had planned and that was good since I was waiting. I have been going to them for several years and will keep going to them in the future. They have always given me great service.

Pros. Timely and accurate diagnostics that don't waste my time and money. Attention to detail. Fix it right the first time. Truly willing to find the source of the problem and fix only the item that is the true cause of the fault,noise,etc. to many times I've been down the road of the parts swapper mechanics who don't have the experience to diagnose so they through your money at the problem. NOT HERE! You get exactly what you pay for.....expertise.Cons. Not open Saturday. Imagine somebody other than myself wants a day off? I can live with this.

Great as usual, always profession and courteous. They provide estimates and call to suggest items, no high pressure push though.

Everyone was friendly, professional, knowledgable and meet all of our needs. I appreciated our vehicle being cleaned on the outside after our service which was a nice touch as well.
