My Mini has never had any mechanical issues in 8 years of ownership, but recently started breaking down at odd times. I took it to a non-Mini specialist, a shop that was highly recommended, but they could not diagnose it, and sent me on my way with new oil, but not much else. Pacific Motorsports discovered the issue right away, and gave me 3 options of things to fix: 2 that needed addressing right away, and one that could wait, but should be addressed eventually. I had them do all three and it runs great now. I feel like I've found "my" auto shop now. Thank you, Pete and Pacific Motorsports!

It was a quick stop to replace my right front headlight. I was quoted a cost of a bit over $200 because of the labor involved and I was fine with that. Matt met me at the door. took my keys and rolled the car into a stall and within 20 minutes was handing me my keys and an invoice for $31.00. I didn't need a whole front system, just a lightbulb. WOW. That is major massive marvelous service for sure.

I appreciate the "hands on" and friendly feel from the staff. My car is an important investment to me and I feel that the staff recognize it as such and treat me and my car with great respect.

Fast service with a personal touch

Very individual service with great cimmunication and coordination of service around my time commitments. PMS tackled a more challenging upgrade on my supercharger that I would otherwise have had to send away to have serviced. Peter Perez is the go to guy!

We finally have a mechanic we can count on. They are terrific. Really know mini's, are reliable, and good people. Highly recommend them.

I'm sold. Excellent personal service, great communication, good prices. I get the the impression that I can trust them and that they are not only a well qualified source for Mini service (and God knows, Mini's need lots of service), but they are an ethical and stand up little company. My Mini will be getting all it's service here from now on.
