We were in dire need to have some brake work done after the brake pad sensor light became illuminated on the dash on a Saturday morning. The crew at PMS took on our brake work the very next Monday without a previously scheduled appointment, as we hoped for, A call from Pete in the morning confirmed that the work would be complete by the end of the day.Another example of the thoroughly responsive & professional crew at Mark's shop. Pete and the team at PM are a breath of fresh air! After getting the Lithia runaround, I am pleased to report that PM has taken very good care of my mini. I called 4 different shops to get an estimate on a clutch kit, and PM came in $400 less than other shops- and they stuck to the budget and didn't overinflate the service need (ahem... aka Lithia).
