Pacific Motor Sports ROCKS! I just got my 740IL back after his third visit with Mark, Julie and James (my team) and my rocketship is back to his old self. Last tuesday I started it and filled the garage with nasty blue smoke and a funny "noise" that disappeared with the smoke after a few seconds. On the way into town it would randomly idle like an old jalopy bouncing me up and down. I drove straight to Pacific Motor Sports and left it running to get James to figure it out. He knew right away that it was the pcv valve, head gaskets etc. When he called me with a quote later that day he noticed that they had diagnosed a valley pan leak last visit and I had chosen to put that expensive repair off and have been just vigilant on coolant level. He suggested fixing both issues this time and saving over half the labor by doing both jobs at once. By doing it this way the cost for Both repairs came in exactly on quote and over half the cost a local BMW dealership quoted me for the valley pan alone last year when I called for a second opinion. For that kind of savings I am happy to grab a $10 taxi and not have "loaners" available. This shop is a great example of a business that mixes expert service with down-home friendliness and respect. Oh I forgot to mention that they got me in on Thursday and the car was done friday! It runs like it is new and better gas mileage to boot!

Pacific Motor Sports has the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I came in with what I though was a small problem and turned into a larger issue. They did everything they could, including picking up parts, to get me back to my customers just in time. Thanks!

My experiences at Pacific Motorsports are always good. Julie has a surprising knowledge of the cars, and while having great "customer experience" skills, can walk the talk regarding these cars' issues. I love it that Rasmussen washes my car for something so miniscule as an oil change, but I'm willing to trade for the car enthusiast experience at PM.

They provided me with a list of what needed to be fixed. They were honest about what needed to be fixed ASAP and what could wait. Happy with the work done. 1st time customer, so giving 4 stars instead of 5. Saving 5 stars to give them if next visit is as good as this visit.
