Very professional shop, won’t overcharge or try and pull anything sneaky. I’ve been coming here for everything for years and they’ve always been very friendly and knowledgeable and definitely saved my butt more than once. As an openly transgender and gay woman I don’t exactly feel safe going a lot of places, especially mechanic shops. They’ve never judged or misgendered me or given me the impression that I’m not welcome. If you’re queer and own a bmw/mini I highly recommend this shop. Hell I recommend if for anyone with a bmw/mini! Can’t praise this place enough

Great service

Another great experience at Pacific Motorsports. This team knows what they're doing & they do it well. Chris is able to explain and answer my questions in a way that doesn't feel condescending. I've never been over-sold - they clearly tell me what needs to be fixed now & what can wait. They work efficiently & they even hand-wash your car when they're done! I wouldn't take my Mini anywhere else. (I have - and they weren't nearly as good!) If you're looking for a new mechanic, look no further.

Outstanding service and professionalism. Chris was able to squeeze me into their busy schedule for a pre buy inspection on a BMW and men, I’m glad I did it. They were very meticulous on their inspection and even took pictures for me see. Worth every penny.

I’ve had two BMWs, both Z4’s. The first 2003 and later 2010. Only hands ever to have serviced them were Mark, Matt and the crew at Pacific Motorsports. I couldn’t offer constructive criticism. Always beyond my expectations

As a client for over a decade, and having been involved in the automotive business for 30 years, I can attest to the professionalism and quality of work done at Pacific Motorsports. They kept my '94 325is on the road for well over 280,000 miles, all at great prices. When it was the unfortunate victim of a broadside accident by a semi-truck, one of their Master Technicians went to the body shop (on his own time) to assess the structural damage. He told me it could be "repaired, but not fixed", obviously caring more for my safety than a job that would have meant thousands of dollars of income to the shop. Above all, honesty and integrity is paramount with these folks. Never have I felt disrespected due to my appearance (I'm a detailer, so I'm never very pretty to look at lol), disability, or my mixed race. Ultimately, we are entrusting our lives and safety to the quality of the maintenance and repairs on our vehicles to the folks that do the work. If you want to trust someone with your life...or that of your child...this is the place to go to.

Just came in for oil change. It was quick and easy. The staff and mechanics were friendly and helpful. They do a inspection every time you come in so you know what to expect in the future. I would recommend them anytime.

Always so helpful in determining the problem and the right, yet cost conscious decision. NEVER feel Like I’m being taken advantage of and being swindled! :) Friendly, personable staff all the way around.
