The owner (Mark Dikos), Service Manager (Chris Rigel), and the technicians were all very personable and professional. From the first time I stopped by to just talk to my recent servicing appointment they treated me like I was their biggest customer. Their inspection report was extremely thorough and included pictures and videos of the respective areas. Vehicle maintenance is like going to the dentist except in this case it was like visiting with good friends. I will be recommending PM to my friends and business associates for their BMW servicing.

First time BMW owner and I was kind of nervous about trusting any shop that wasn’t apart of the dealership. Pacific Motorsports came highly recommended from a friend. The customer service was awesome. I got an introduction to who they were as a shop and why they were passionate about cars and what they do. I brought my car in for a low beam bulb change, something I could have done myself but with no time in the schedule and my vehicle being a mountain commuter having a headlight out just wasn’t an option. The service was very quick and they even washed and detailed my car inside and out. They say no one will clean your car as well as you do but “Jimmy” definitely got really darn close. Long story short, phenomenal shop and will most definitely be having all necessary maintenance and service done by them!

Have had substantial work done prior to this visit but came in this time to get a quick oil change. They double checked the repairs they made last time (no additional cost), gave me an estimate on how long it would take + price, and stuck to the timing + price so I could get on with the rest of my day and pick up the car when the service was finished. Real friendly staff, enjoyed the experience end-to-end.

Fantastic service, honest. Wish I found these guys earlier. They are so nice. Appreciate their work ethic. They diagnosed the problems, ,kept me informed on how the work was progressing and made an extra effort on a Friday to complete these repairs so we could use our SUV on the weekend. I Highly recommend them.
