Better service experience than a dealer. Better prices than a dealer. Better customer service than a dealer. So why go to a dealer?? My customer service rep Chris explained in Crystal clear details what would be done on the car and gave a comprehensive snapshot of what I quipped the car's QOL. quality of life 🤣🤣. Awesome experience. If you have a BMW consider going no other place. Trust me on that.

They are very attentive to details and want to get the car right. They give the BMW options plus others when available. I also have an X5 that my wife drives which goes to the normal BMW dealer, they are much more expensive on repairs because they only use BMW parts. I have a 2001 M5 that PMS has taken care of for mire than a decade, this is not an inexpensive car to own because of its complexity and high performance Pacific Motor Sports treats it like it is their personal car.
