My husband brought my BMW in for an oul change if all went fine per usual.

I love this shop! I always feel confident that my X3 and I receive the best care and that I am a valued customer. I have never had to bring my car back after they've repaired something. Always done right. The staff has great energy and although I don't see them but for mainly routine service they are knowledgeable, always super helpful and friendly.

Every time I come to this shop I get excellent service, I’ll never take my Mini anywhere else. I brought my car in with a power steering problem and rather than fix it and charge me for it they told me that it was covered under a recall and that the mini dealer would do the job for free.

I’m always pleased with the work done at Pacific Motorsports. There’s a reason these folks have been in business for so long, and it is the only place I’ll take my BMW for work. They get the job done right every time. I have no idea how they stand behind their work, because the job is invariably done right the first time.

Chris was very friendly and courteous & made me feel very welcome. I had come for wheel alignment after replacement of tyres & the car is handling nicely ( as it was previously too but now better) , I beleive the alignment is done well.

Never a question about where to take both of my BMWs. Always honest and stand behind the work they perform.
