I’ve been taking my MINI to Pacific Motorsports for the last few years and have only been happy with their service and friendliness. In fact, they only continue to improve (and go above and beyond) - they’ve incorporated new/up to date technology for record keeping (that includes actual pictures of issues found in your car for you to view) and give thorough explanations making sure you understand exactly what is going on. The commmunication is on point for sure! I always feel like a valued customer with them, to say the least.

I give these guys 5 stars because the gave me excellent service, on short notice, and did top notch work. They even hand-washed my car. This was my first time taking my Mini here and I won’t go anywhere else.

When I first heard Maya had left, I was disappointed. I liked dealing with a women, since I am an older women and BMW enthusiast. But, I could not be happier with the excellent service I received from Chris... explained every issue in great detail, which I really appreciate! Also the team was very helpful, offering ideas on what type of newer car to purchase, pros and cons. I will be purchasing a BMW, in part because I have a team at Pacific Motor Sports I can trust!

As always, clear and concise sharing of information/challenges during service giving me the opportunity to make decisions moving forward. I am interested knowing what preventative maintenance will be coming up in the future. Having this information allows me to plan ahead and not be stranded somewhere. Not the cheapest place in town but I value knowing that my Mini is well cared for as I plan to drive it for many years. I also sense that folks who work here are happy and appreciated by the owner. Believe in the old adage, “You gert what you pay for.”
