These guys are great. I take my 2013 Mini Cooper S Convertible to Pacific Motorsports for everything, from scheduled maintenance, oil changes, electrical issues, parts replacement, you name it. What sets them apart is the communication. They explain every detail and always lay out your options so you know exactly what's going on before any work gets done. They're also connected to the BMW and Mini dealership database, so they can see the full history on your car, which makes diagnosis and service that much more reliable. The whole team is friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. On top of all that, if something falls outside their wheelhouse, they'll happily refer you to other businesses they trust. That kind of honesty and community-mindedness is rare. Highly recommended if you've got a Mini or BMW and want a shop that genuinely has your back.

Perfect place! I have a used 2012 BMW, and whenever I have any issue with my car, I come to them. No overcharging, no unnecessary repairs. The work is very professional, and they are kind and honest. As a foreigner with limited English, communication can be difficult — but they were always patient and took the time to listen and understand me. That means more than I can express. This place is better than a dealer, and they always charge a fair price. (Chris and everyone there ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)

100% Recommend! I took my 05 e46 M3 for a post-purchase inspection and the inspection done efficiently and thorough. Chris called me after I viewed the report he emailed me. When I asked about doing more work than they recommended, he actually talked me out of spending more unnecessarily. They completed the inspection, brake fluid flush, rear strut replacements and an OEM steering wheel swap in 48 hours. Their entire operation is Top Notch!!!

Can't say enough good things about Pacific Motorsports. I hadn't been to them before and decided to try them because of their positive reviews. They were polite, patient, and thorough. I was told by another shop that I needed front and back brakes, and while I did need front brakes, Pacific Motorsports told me I could go as much as another year on my current back brakes (depending on how much I drive). They also did a full inspection, pointing out some other things that could use attention, and they explained the level of urgency. They didn't put any pressure on me to have these things done; instead, they educated me about what they saw and the impact it would have on my car. Lastly, they washed my car! Didn't expect that. It's the little things... Oh, re: price, totally reasonable. They sit between the dealership and a shop like Les Schwab. While I have had some good experiences as LS, I'll be coming back to Pacific Motorsports because they know my vehicle make. Two thumbs up!

When I was new to Portland I needed a new shop. Been with them exclusively since then. No doubt they are the real deal.

These guys rock. Absolutely exceptional service. They went above and beyond by doing everything in their power to find me a charger for my phone, not only that, but they thoroughly explained and broke down the service. They even turned the screen around and make sure I could see exactly what they did and the full report. To top it off they also gave my mini Cooper quick wash. I will definitely be coming back and full heartedly trust their service. Oh, and as a woman in that space (which often can be intimidating) they made me feel comfortable and were funny.
