My sister referred me to this shop and I'm so thankful she did. I bought a used BMW, that had a rather unfortunate repair needed after owning it for about a year. I took it to a BMW dealer, like a ding dong, and they quoted me an insane amount. Also, said BMW dealership (BMW Portland), was unsuccessful at fixing a sensor that was malfunctioning. Pacific Motorsports not only fixed both issues, but saved me a decent chunk of change. And they're quite possibly the nicest guys ever! Highly recommend them.

Was visiting Portland when my car suddenly became unsafe to drive - best surprise ever finding this shop! They kept me updated daily, explained diagnostics in plain English, and never pushed unnecessary work. Honest, transparent, and professional. They got it right the first time -bad injector causing cylinder 3 to fill with fuel causing then335i to smoke like a mother! They had it back on the road in no time and at the dealer it would have taken 3 times longer and cost me twice as much at least of that I am sure. The techs know their stuff and they took excellent care of my vehicle and me!

The Good: The team is honest, reliable, and clearly well-qualified. It’s refreshing to work with a shop that’s not predatory, and their pricing is generally very fair. Overall: A solid experience with a trustworthy shop. I appreciated their transparency and professionalism, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return for future service.

David, I am glad that you were happy with our level of service and aptitude! But I have to apologize for the mishap on the diagnosis charge during your visit, that should have been caught and adjusted before you left. As with any repair shop, you pay us for our time spent working on your vehicle, and in most cases, vehicle diagnosis does take enough time to warrant the $175. In this case, we were able to find and cure the electrical issue fairly quickly, and although we shouldn't waive the charge completely, it should have been less than the originally agreed cost. I will reach out to you and get this matter resolved.

Chris was very friendly and knowledgeable and they did a very thorough job on the Pre Purchase Inspection. I did it from out of state and it was seamless and gave me everything I needed to know about the car!!
