Part of our Best Practices approach at Pacific Motorsports includes employing the most qualified BMW and MINI technicians. The highest designation one can earn from the factory is called Level 1 Master Technician, we employ such a technician here at Pacific Motorsports.
Kevin has spent considerable time being formally educated by BMW in their factory training programs. It is like graduate school, with intense specialization on BMW and MINI vehicles exclusively, and only available through BMW of North America. And, as with any rigorous educational program, it is very selective, only the top graduates of automotive training programs are considered. After graduating from the initial program and beginning his work in the dealer network, ongoing training on new models, engines, transmissions, and technologies takes place throughout their careers.
Extensive classroom and hands-on training, coupled with many years of BMW and MINI dealership experience (over 40 total here at Pacific Motorsports), is the foundation for becoming a Level 1 Master Technician, so our staff has seen a lot over their decades servicing and repairing these cars.
